Ray Owen

Ray is an experienced technology expert in mobile and fixed line broadband technologies and implementation. He has 25 years’ experience in mobile and fixed line research and development, operations, sales and executive leadership.

He has a successful track record leading large technology and R+D teams in the UK, Vietnam, Singapore and Australia. He has worked for Motorola, Nokia Networks and most recently the Chief Technology Officer for the national broadband network of Australia. He is known for simplifying the complex and providing executive / investor and board level direction and guidance.

Ray has been involved in a number of recent consultancy engagements on network resiliency including the largest network operator in Australia.
