Mark Ennis

Managing Partner

Mark Ennis is a Managing Partner for SkeensMcDonell Consulting Group, specializing in program, portfolio, product, process and performance management with a focus on achieving and sustaining results from vision to execution.

A former Executive Director with Motorola, Nokia Networks and Scientific Games with 35 years of deep experience in product development, product testing and product support.  He has been a leader of portfolio and roadmap planning including major redesign, implementation and deployment of new processes for global organizations.
Throughout his career and in a wide variety of roles, Mark has defined and implemented wide scale organization changes and process improvements to achieve results.  A leader and driver of sustained change and continuous improvement including TL 9000, 5 Nines and SEI CMM. While at Motorola he received a CEO Quality Award for his efforts to implement process improvements resulting a major product turnaround.​

Mark graduated with a BS Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Mark is a PMP certified project manager and also Prosci ADKAR certified in change management.
