Christine Molinare

Christine Molinare has held numerous leadership roles in advanced technology industries. In her most recent position at Johnson Controls as a member of the IT Executive team, she was responsible for developing the enterprise Big Data, Machine Learning & Analytics strategy, deploying the platforms, and delivering complex data management and business intelligence solutions.

Prior to that, Christine was a Senior Director at Motorola Mobility leading the Product and Process Quality function, software development, and engineering analytics programs. Christine is a Motorola certified Six Sigma Black Belt as well as a certified Agile Expert and Scrum Master. She has managed a number of Agile projects and, in a consulting capacity, has helped large businesses with the challenging task of transitioning to Agile methods. Christine has led efforts to design and customize training courses and has delivered training to executives, managers, and engineers.

Her approach to transformational problem solving is to implement a multi-dimensional strategy that integrates technology, tools, data, processes, and change management. Christine holds both an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Mathematics & Computer Science from Loyola University of Chicago.
